Joseph leads Novora with first-hand experience across every stage of residential property — as a tenant, homeowner, and landlord with multiple investment properties across Queensland.

His role focuses on overall management oversight, leasing strategy, and decision-making relating to property condition and long-term performance. Joseph remains closely involved to ensure service standards are applied consistently and properties are managed deliberately rather than reactively.
